This Lentil Soup by Williams-Sonoma has become our most favorite thing to make together. It's so yummy and so simple. And judging from the ingredients we put in, I am almost positive it has close to NO FAT!
That part makes me smile.
Matt's the chopper, dicer, mincer, knife handler. He wanted to make sure I documented his incredible chopping abilities for the world to see.
